Book 2: Air
It's the year 2020.
The world has changed drastically for the people. Unlike before, the ratio of benders to non-benders have been extremely huge.From 1:5 to 1:2000. No one knows how this happened but it was obvious that the number of benders in the world have gone down drastically and the non-benders have now taken over.
Bending has become illegal as it was an overwhelming power, unfair to the others who were only considered as mediocre and normal. People were scared of these great powers in the new world so they're doing the best they can to get rid of it. Forever.
All over the world, Each country has one common law:
Kill all the benders; especially the Avatar
This law has existed for many years and countless benders have lost their lives in the fight against discrimination and misjudgment but they will not give up. With their history, they know where they stand and know what their ultimate goal is right now: To protect the avatar at all costs.
Their abilities are not just mere powers but has been their culture and history. It has helped greatly in building what they had now and they will not give up in trying to convince people this. After the 100 year war battle between Fire Lord Ozai and Avatar Aang, this is now considered as the 2nd biggest battle in bending history.
Fight until the last breath to protect the people's identities or give in to the new world corruption and forget everything everyone once was? This war is not just the Avatar's but everyone's.
Book 3: Earth
Avatar Akari was born in the place where Republic City first stood. At age 6, she and her parents discovered that she was not only a bender-- but the Avatar herself. Her parents, both benders, were happy to have their child as the Avatar because it symbolized hope for their people.
For years, her parents did everything they could to protect her and conceal her powers from the world but at the same trained her in their home.
This wouldn't last long, though. At age 13, her parents sent her off with their bender friends to protect her because someone found out that she was the Avatar. Akari refused to go, saying that she could protect them but they told her she wasn't ready. Having no choice, Akari left and began living with the benders that took her.
For 7 years until now, life is peaceful. The secret, underground home where she lived was safe and thankfully, no one but benders knew about it. Of course, she needed to go out from time to time. This is why she changed her name as a disguise. Hana. Hana Kobayashi.
Until when is she going to hide? When will she be ready to face the mastermind that erased their people's memories? Will she be able to save her people? She doesn't know.
Right now, all that matters is her training. She needs to be stronger. She needs to set the world free. This is a war of identities. A war worse than fighting with bending. A war that will decide their fate. Forever.
